Eatlean Protein Cheese - the ground-breaking high protein, low fat cheese from the UK-based Joseph Heler dairy has hit the supermarket shelves in Ireland.
Eatlean Protein Cheese has been launched to meet the demand in Ireland for a new cheese option that delivers the key nutritional benefits of being low in fat and high in protein, as well as the great flavour and melting qualities of Cheddar cheese.
The cheese delivers market-leading macros - a striking 37g of protein per 100g – which is over 40% higher than regular full-fat Cheddar (typically 25g/100g), combined with only 3g of fat – which is 90% less fat than a full-fat Cheddar (typically 34g/100g) and even 80% less fat than Half-Fat cheese (typically 17g/100g). This combination makes the cheese a highly attractive option for consumers on a high protein, low fat diet who still want 100% natural food.
The cheese has proved hugely popular with the UK’s Slimming World & Weightwatchers communities, alongside those into sport, fitness & general wellbeing.
